- FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT
IDRA has two offices in Tirana. In one of them, there is a complete facility for focus groups with audio-video recording and facilities for clients to watch the groups. Simultaneous translation from professional interpreters is offered.
- IDRA possesses all the necessary software packages for data entry and processing. The main software used is SPSS but there is a capability to transform the data in all formats required by research industry.
